Nobody can be available 24/7. Drs. Brooks use a local Reno-based emergency call service, so someone ALWAYS answers the phone, no matter what. Once you establish with us and we have your records, we make ourselves available. We promptly return calls during the days and really treat you like you are with a concierge practice. The doctors are available to discuss and treatment and concerns in person, or email or phone.

If you should ever have urgent care need, we try our best to personally be available, but are also very well connected with other quality dental offices in Reno, so we can get you taken care of through our network of colleagues.
